Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, in addition to a large number of well-known international certificates and multiple advanced trainings. Graduated from the French engineering school École Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Analyse de l’Information (ENSAI, France) and also holds a University degree in Economics.
Former Head of the Information Security Department in the banking sector. Lecturer in several universities and a technical committee member in the Union of Arab Banks, as well as a renowned speaker at the Union of Arab Banks, the Institute of Internal Auditors, and across the banking sector.
Jean-Michel has respectively served as Head of Information Security, Head of MIS, and Head of IT Audit in the banking sector across different countries. He has been an Information Systems professional for more than 20 years, including 19 years of Information Security and IT Audit in the financial industry.
He is an expert in implementing enterprise security architecture, risk assessment, vulnerability scanning, CSIRT, GDPR, PSD2, digital forensics, malware analysis, IT auditing, and penetration testing — and has taught security standards and best practices in reputable universities and governmental agencies for more than 25 years.

Holds a Telecommunication and Networking Engineering University Diploma.
Former Head of Information Security Administration & Security Projects in the banking sector, and former Senior Systems Engineer — Security Solutions at BMB Group. Currently a part-time University lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering (Cybersecurity Instructor and Cisco Academic Instructor).
Elias brings extensive experience in Information Security, Compliance, Risk Management, Risk Assessment, and Security Technical Expertise earned over the past 14 years in the security field and more than 7 years lecturing in the Faculty of Engineering.
Throughout his career, Elias has led critical projects with service providers, banks, financial institutions, and industrial and governmental sectors, with deep expertise in security assessments, gap analysis, policies and procedures, incident handling, ISO security-standards implementation, OWASP, GDPR, PSD2, SANS, PCI-DSS, digital forensics, and penetration testing.
